Hat Shop FAQs – Sizing, Care, Shipping & More
What hat sizes do you stock?
We offer a full range of hat sizes for men and women. Most of our Stetson hats, newsboy caps, and flat caps are available in standard UK sizes (S–XXL and or centimetres of 55cms to 63cms) . Tilley hats use the traditional hat sizing system of 7- 7 7/8 inches and the most common sizing method of centimetres of 55cms to 63cms.
If no size options are displayed on the product page, this indicates that the hat or cap is a one-size style. Detailed sizing information, such as whether it is adjustable or the recommended minimum and maximum fit, will be provided within the product description.

How should I care for my hat?
To keep your hat looking its best for years to come, we recommend caring for it with a gentle touch. For everyday maintenance, lightly spot clean with a damp cloth and allow the hat to air dry naturally. This helps preserve the fabric’s quality and shape over time.
For wool and felt hats, a soft-bristled hat brush is ideal for removing surface dust and maintaining a fresh appearance. Avoid machine washing unless the care label specifically states that it’s suitable, as this can cause damage or distortion.
If your hat or cap becomes wet, simply let it dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources. Should reshaping be required, gently stuff the crown with newspaper or similar material to help restore its original structure. With care and caution, a little steam can also be used to soften the material, making it easier to reshape the crown and brim as needed.

Alongside our online store, we welcome you to visit our flagship hat shop, the largest in the UK. Our knowledgeable and friendly team will be on hand to offer expert advice and help you find the perfect fit.
What are your delivery times and returns policy?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working day, using either Amazon Fulfilment or Royal Mail First Class to provide fast and reliable delivery across the UK. Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping as well. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, but we aim to process and dispatch all overseas orders just as quickly. Any applicable delivery charges and estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout.
We offer a 31-day returns period for all orders. If you need to return an item, simply send it back in its original condition within 31 days. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund promptly.
